Born and raised in The Bahamas, Tenecia is real estate enthusiast at heart. Since 2010 Tenecia  has been working in real estate eagerly exploring opportunities and learning different aspects of the industry. She has an impressive experience in sales, rentals, property management, marketing and real estate development. Her acquired professional experiences provide her with valuable market knowledge and skills to effectively service the real estate needs of a wide range of clients – buyers, sellers, investors, developers, landlords and renters. Tenecia’s real estate career is built on excellent service, honesty, knowledge, genuine connections, attention to detail, effective communication and solution focused thinking. Tenecia is a Bahamas Real Estate & Lifestyle specialist, licensed member of The Bahamas Real Estate Association, International member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and member of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI).

When she is not excitedly assisting her clients, Tenecia enjoys spending time with family, traveling, watching sports and is passionate about organic farming. Tenecia is an active member in her church, Rotary Club of Nassau Sunrise and Toastmasters Healing Communicators Club 7178 and is often engaged in various community activities.
