About Cara Collie

Cara Collie, a native of New Providence, received her high school education at St. Anne’s High School and a Bachelors degree in Marketing from York University in Toronto, Canada.  After working in marketing and brand management for several years, Cara decided to make a career pivot into real estate, a field which always interested her, and became a Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA) licensed Sales Agent in 2011.  Cara has intimately worked in numerous aspects of real estate, including real estate development and property management in addition to sales and rentals spanning several Bahamian islands.

Client-oriented, she believes in being responsive and understanding of her clients’ specific needs so that she can deliver effective real estate solutions and provide her clients with valuable advice.

A keen believer in work/life balance, Cara spends her down-time with her family, her close-knit group of friends, traveling and trying educational and exciting creative classes.  She is also a member of St. Anne’s Anglican Church and The Kiwanis Club of Nassau A.M.
