About Rhonda Marsh
Born and raised in Freeport, Grand Bahama, Rhonda Marsh brings a blend of island warmth, reliability, and quiet leadership to the KRA Bahamas team. Her early years were spent between Freeport and Hatchet Bay, Eleuthera, where she spent school breaks connecting with family and nature—experiences that grounded her in Bahamian culture and values from a young age.
Over the past 13 years, Rhonda has lived in New Providence, originally moving to Nassau for work. What was meant to be a temporary stay became a lasting chapter after she met her husband and built a life rooted in family, purpose, and opportunity.
Rhonda’s connection to KRA Bahamas dates back to 2016, when she began offering administrative support during the company’s early stages. Her attention to detail, fast-paced work ethic, and dependable nature quickly stood out. In 2025, she officially joined the team, bringing with her a strong background in property management, medical office administration, and prior experience in marine surveying and boat crew operations.
Today, Rhonda plays a key support role in property services, drawing on her organizational skills, adaptability, and strong sense of responsibility. Known for being respectable and dependable, she is trusted by colleagues and clients alike.
Outside of work, Rhonda is deeply family-focused. Her favorite moments involve cheering on her young son—an aspiring golfer—from the sidelines of local courses. She’s also a passionate foodie who enjoys exploring new restaurants each month and values long, heartfelt conversations with her mother.
Rhonda lives by the motto:
“Building first impressions that last.”
Her genuine personality and steady presence make her a valued member of KRA Bahamas, contributing to the team’s high standards of client service and community connection.
